Summary of YoruX Problems 🔥

- The app is very bare in design and seems stark and cold, not like a place of inspiration.

- The journaling feature isn’t very robust at all, and other free apps have *significantly* better features.

- The reality checks are subpar. They simply pop up with a notice that says “reality check” as if a message is waiting for you; other apps allow you to have a message such as “Am I dreaming.”

How to fix YoruX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YoruX app on iPhone
Update YoruX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YoruX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YoruX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YoruX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YoruX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YoruX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YoruX App
1. On android, goto Settings » YoruX » click [Force Stop]

Update YoruX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YoruX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YoruX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YoruX.

Fix YoruX unable to contact server/ YoruX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YoruX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YoruX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YoruX
