Close and restart the LucidMe app on iPhone
Update LucidMe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LucidMe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LucidMe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LucidMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix LucidMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LucidMe app issues:

Force Stop the LucidMe App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LucidMe app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LucidMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LucidMe App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LucidMe app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LucidMe.

Fix LucidMe unable to contact server/ LucidMe internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LucidMe » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LucidMe » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LucidMe on android.
