Close and restart the Phaser app on iPhone

To resolve Phaser network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Phaser not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Phaser app issues:

Force Stop the Phaser App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Phaser app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Phaser to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Phaser App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Phaser app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Phaser.

Fix Phaser unable to contact server/ Phaser internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Phaser » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Phaser » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Phaser on android.
