How to fix HowToLucid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HowToLucid app on iPhone
Update HowToLucid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HowToLucid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HowToLucid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HowToLucid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HowToLucid Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HowToLucid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HowToLucid App
1. On android, goto Settings » HowToLucid » click [Force Stop]

Update HowToLucid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HowToLucid App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HowToLucid » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HowToLucid.

Fix HowToLucid unable to contact server/ HowToLucid internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HowToLucid » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HowToLucid » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HowToLucid
