So I downloaded this like every other person so I can quickly mobile order with my card, but BetterBuzz is so glitchy and complicated to run.
And I tried to add my card, and I couldn’t find anything to add my card to and it’s so confusing and glitched.

But other than that BetterBuzz makes things easy and better than going and waiting I can order and drive there and it does make it better other than the glitches this is a very necessary app for ordering coffee. Their app is glitchy but their coffee is amazing and way healthier than star bucks.

Frustrating. App is awful. Saves my credit card but tells me it’s declined whenever I make an order. So I have to renter my card info every time. And it doesn’t give you points if you order online. It will tell you to put in the receipt number but that doesn’t work also.

Get rid of the dumb video when you open BetterBuzz and fix the real issues already.

Very disappointed with your website and the copy in Phoenix, Arizona Arizona. Number one I’m visit Impaired and cannot read any of all those pictures you’ve got with the yellow background and cannot read whatever it says there are no pricing in your website if it is, I can’t read it. I’ve gone to your Better Buzz Coffee shop. And it always takes longer to just get my order and the time we fashion. My family has bought me a Better Buzz gift card, but I have not used it because it’s so hard to get in and out of your doors.

That’s the most basic thing— when are you open/ what are your hours. No orders, rewards, anything is possible if you’re not open.

Not listed for the stores around me. And if you don’t know / store hours are random that’s even worse.

Downloaded & created an account. All that trouble yo not get the most basic question answered.

I personally think lines need to be improved and better managed creating to much traffic and hard for other cars to get out back out. And also I didn’t receive good service while waiting at drive through I didn’t get my order taken I had to order at the window the girl at the window was very kind and took my order very quickly :)

I absolutely love better buzz coffee and their customer service, but as far as BetterBuzz goes, there is one thing I hate. I like to order my coffee while on my way so it’s ready when I get there. I get a hot americano and I like to add steamed milk to it, so it stays hot, but BetterBuzz only allows me to add “milk” to it. So my coffee is never hot when I order it in BetterBuzz ! Please add this option!!!

For some reason, ordering from certain locations, Apple Pay does not show as an option for payment. This is a more secure way to pay, so not having this option at certain locations, or doesn’t work for some reason at certain location, is definitely a disappointment.

It is so challenging to add money to a gift card on BetterBuzz , there is no way to save a card on file or to easily get points when you simply pay without a gift card. Why is is so much easier to get points on the Starbucks app but you guys make it way more difficult. It should not require a college degree to understand BetterBuzz and how to use it to get points. Love the coffee and thank god or I wouldn’t go there.

I love that better buzz has an app to mobile order. However, what is so annoying is that everytime I open it, BetterBuzz wants me to enter in my phone number. When I enter it - BetterBuzz tells me my number is already taken, and it’s difficult to get out of that screen. I swipe allover trying to get out of it and sometimes no matter how much swiping I do I can’t get out of the screen and place my order. I wonder if I am the only one who has this issue. Anyway if it weren’t for this I would rate BetterBuzz 5 stars.

I was a huge Starbucks fan, but decided to go to independently owned coffee stores. BetterBuzz is missing so much. I suggest the creators look at the Starbucks app for some ideas to improve this one. It would be nice to be able to pay with BetterBuzz which you cannot at this time. It would also be nice to see calories changed based on modifications to your beverage. These are things that are available on the Starbucks app.

The only thing I would change, is to be able to store a form of payment or even Apple Pay for reloading gift cards stored on BetterBuzz . I have my black card stored, and every time I want to reload I have to re-enter my debit card. Other than that, it’s perfect. I’m sure there are still kinks to be worked out since it’s brand new.

It’s my first visit to the new Scottsdale location the staff was very friendly happy and helpful the store is set in a beautiful location with gorgeous views of the McDowell Mnts convenient to the freeway and many other places to eat etc! Give it a try!

Looks like a promising app, glad to see the rewards! Anyways, once you press on payments it only lets you add a card. I’d be faster and convenient if it automatically connected with Apple Pay.

I’ve never been to bitter Buzz before, so didn’t know what to expect. I was met with good service but lots of options. Took me a little bit to order, but everybody was helpful and once I got my food and drink I was very satisfied I’ll be back.👍🏽👍🏽

First time in to this store, it use to be a Starbucks. The staff was very welcoming, great service, delicious coffee, very clean store, the bakery case looked amazing, loved the decor and the theme….i will return. Maybe the music is a bit loud and not everyone’s taste but overall great experience.

It’s very new so it hasn’t been refined at all locations yet, but I’m just glad that it exists! It’ll take a little time to iron out the kinks, but I look forward to seeing it grow and develop!

I usually drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day from Starbucks due to my work schedule! But ever since I was introduced to better buzzz… oh my! What can I say?! Better buzz are not stingy with the ingredients! For SURE! For some reason the baristas seem happier at better buzz than Starbucks! Maybe they get paid more! Not sure but hey the coffee is fire!!!

This is like our 3rd time here. Coffee is quite good. Atmosphere is good, service is great. So far ALL staff has been friendly and accommodating. Only thing that should be addressed is the sunlight coming in the windows, they need to be tinted.

Staff are so friendly!

This Location was so cute and we had a great time enjoying this location with my family visiting the town.
