Disappointed in your customer service! I messaged Better Buzz on April 11 through the link provided on the app. I received an automated email stating I would get a response within 2 to 3 business days. I never did receive anything else! I think I have been very patient, but this is an unacceptable amount of time to still be waiting! I am not at all sure now how to effectively contact your customer service. My original message was concerning an incorrect drink I received on April 10...I have asked for a refund or drink replacement added to my app. Your competitors sadly seem have your beat by a long shot on customer service it seems. Makes me sad!
Not as good as Starbucks app

So I downloaded this like every other person so I can quickly mobile order with my card, but this app is so glitchy and complicated to run.
And I tried to add my card, and I couldn’t find anything to add my card to and it’s so confusing and glitched.
But other than that the app makes things easy and better than going and waiting I can order and drive there and it does make it better other than the glitches this is a very necessary app for ordering coffee. Their app is glitchy but their coffee is amazing and way healthier than star bucks.

Very disappointed with your website and the copy in Phoenix, Arizona Arizona. Number one I’m visit Impaired and cannot read any of all those pictures you’ve got with the yellow background and cannot read whatever it says there are no pricing in your website if it is, I can’t read it. I’ve gone to your Better Buzz Coffee shop. And it always takes longer to just get my order and the time we fashion. My family has bought me a Better Buzz gift card, but I have not used it because it’s so hard to get in and out of your doors.
This app is frustrating

Frustrating. App is awful. Saves my credit card but tells me it’s declined whenever I make an order. So I have to renter my card info every time. And it doesn’t give you points if you order online. It will tell you to put in the receipt number but that doesn’t work also.
Get rid of the dumb video when you open the app and fix the real issues already.
