Every time I try to pay for an item I’ve won the page freezes. This weekend they had the site down to update it. Apparently it did nothing. I have to turn off my phone to reset the app then try again. I’ve been trying to pay for 2 items for 3 days now. Very frustrating!

Website performance problems: I've consistently had problems for the past 6 weeks with response time on your site - not any other site. I know it is not a hardware problem as my computer is new. Ive also tried multiple browsers to see if one performed better than another. * I often have to reload a page just to bring up a current result. * Searches often come back with no results even though I know the search term SHOULD produce items listed. Is your tech team working on fixing your website bugs?
