im getting issues with video buffering. no problem with any other streaming applications currently. tmg application just switches between playing 10 seconds then stopping to buffer.

How to fix TMG Studios app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TMG Studios app on iPhone
Update TMG Studios app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TMG Studios iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TMG Studios on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TMG Studios network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TMG Studios Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TMG Studios not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TMG Studios App
1. On android, goto Settings » TMG Studios » click [Force Stop]

Update TMG Studios to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TMG Studios App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TMG Studios » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TMG Studios.

Fix TMG Studios unable to contact server/ TMG Studios internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TMG Studios » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TMG Studios » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TMG Studios
