I am unable to get a verification code. I’m not sure why but it might be because there of the +1 starting my email address. How do I get the verification code?
I bought 5 of these mini cameras and was not able to connect via WIFI or Bluetooth. there was no mention of 5G will not support this kind of camera and most frustrating that I am Unable to find any customer support. I want to return these cameras and have no idea how to do so. No customer service to contact. They say 30 days no questions asked for return, but no information given for return.

At the onset of setup my camera it asked me to input my debit card info, it stated that I wouldn't be charged. It has charged my account twice for $34.79. I sent the camera back because it didn't work for me. I need to know how to get those fees returned to my account and to cancel the service.
I have 3 cameras connected to my wifi. All are charged and ready to go. When I try to activate them, it will only go to 30%. Their picture on app is default picture and in grey. Going to settings in app, the options are also in grey. Do these things actually work or is this a scam and can y'all refund my monies?

I received my cameras. First of all the commercial said that you receive a special for a certain price and I was overcharged. Secondly, when I received my cameras, they did not tell me that it doesn’t support 5G so when I hook them up, none of the cameras will connect. The camera connection to read time out. When I called the customer care line, she told me I needed to record the issue in order to receive my refund. I am using my cell phone for my cameras in which I cannot record the issue. Then I asked the lady to send me over to the billing department and she said she would have to email me where I would have to, go to that department. When I asked her to connect me, she hung up with me. This company is a fraudulent company and needs to be reported to the better business bureau if I had known prior before ordering these cameras, I would’ve never ordered them. Plus the battery wears down within a matter of 20 minutes after charging. I would advise anyone who was thinking about ordering these cameras to not purchase them.

Bought one and it was quite difficult to connect though it only took me 10mins to do so this camera is trash it is lightweight plastic I took it apart and used a TRW scan on it and it really is more of a device to steal information than it is a camera it really is funny too because the link that sends the info from your internet which is why it requires a 2G connection because that’s the only way it can work on such a low quality device it sends over all your information and the are dumb enough to connect all their own information and where the data goes in the link files did they expect no one to check this they must think foreign countries are dumb the funniest part was calling the number which was backed by the link and it was a chinese man who was denying the whole situation and then finally tried to explain it all in broken English saying that he no longer works for the company all in all this is just a camera they use to watch you instead of you watching something else

I fell for the hype, bought 4 cameras, I managed to get the camera connected directly via Bluetooth after 6 tries and but no view of anything. Went back in and set up the settings to connect to my network and nothing. Adjusted settings, everything I could find to try, I did. Then tried what was suggested to reconnect to my network and nothing happens. I now have 4 cameras that are lightweight pieces of trash that cost me way too much money for nothing. The cameras will not connect to 5G, so you must initially set them up to a 2G network. But that doesn’t work either. The instructions and interface are lacking and unhelpful. Very disappointed. I was really hoping that someone had truly solved paying ridiculous increases in monthly fees for wifi cameras that you are already paying for internet and have purchased the devices that previously worked with just a single fee account for setting up without the need to pay for a subscription .
