I received an email that my subscription renewal was coming up and I would be charged unless I canceled. I immediately canceled as I no longer needed their services (at least for the meanwhile). Imagine my surprise when a week later I check my credit card transactions and they charged me anyway. I attempted to contact customer support via their phone number but was never able to reach anyone. That is when I decided to try email. All this to say, I have been going back and forth via email regarding the fraudulent charge they made on my card for several months with no resolution. $149 might be small to some but that is a lot of money for me. Imagine if they’re doing this to thousands of people and they just give up because of the hassle this company puts you through? That is a lot of money! They are scamming and by the looks of the reviews, have been doing this for a long time. This ends with me!
Not worth the price. They will upsell you on anything possible, and they don’t really do anything for you. Not to mention the fact that they will set up your LLC but they will not desolve it if you ask them to.
Definitely just do it on legal zoom for a fraction of the price, and same amount of work.
ZenBusiness does not offer basis business functions like recording time, expenses, mileage etc.
If you want to be able to use this app on the go using ZenBusiness is not an option. You will still need your laptop.
The idea and goal is amazing. I was able to start my business. I do not like the banking because there are simply better options. I have been trying to close my account for MONTHS. You have to wait more than 30 minutes to get a response and of course by then you’re totally doing something different, not sitting there keeping your phone lit for a chat. With such a huge lack of support, it defeats the purpose of having the account with them.
These people after me buying the largest platinum package that came with the bookkeeping site and software support try to upsell me a second bookkeeping software through this app called money pro. This was straight thievery as I canceled this before. It even started to be charged $30 a month for four monthsunrecognized and unused subscription.
And then refuses to refund me my money only refunded me two out of four payments so if you’re looking to get robbed and cheated yes this is a great site to start your business
It is nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. Once you’re in, you essentially have to keep paying unless you dissolve the LLC.
Whenever I request cancellation, they keep charging me. Their response: "In order for us to update your services, you must either dissolve the entity or file a change of agent with the state so that we are no longer listed as the agent on file".
I purchased the $299 bundle to get my LLC started. That’s all I needed. Well Zen decided to charge my card that was expired a year later and it didn’t go through and sent me to collections. Customer service said sorry about your luck and to contact collection agency. Absolutely pathetic.
I recently found my LLC with Zen Business and first time is smooth but soon after I paid everything and they are completely forget about my case for EIN and Beneficial Ownership filling that I purchased their services. I would give zero star if I could and I will not recommend to my friends and families for their services. Terrible and stressful process overall.
I been waiting more then a month for my LLC to form and it’s been a huge headache and waste of money.
“Unfortunately, your file was rejected due to the Registered Agent not accepting the online appointment , we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, it was an error in the system that we already fixed. We have now resubmitted your state filing to the state.”
My registered agent doesn’t pay attention to the online appointment. I thought it would be easy and fast pace, but I was wrong. I would of been better of doing all the work and saving my 400$ spent for a horrible experience.
When you call for customer support be ready to wait 30+ minutes every time. You can’t speak to managers or higher ups.
My agents name is Eduardhino F. Hopefully nobody ever gets this agent or even uses ZenBusiness. Save your money and time. I still haven’t been able to even receive my EIN. So my company hasn’t been formed it’s been more then A MONTH WAITING and no answer email or call from the ZEN business.
Please stay away from ZenBusiness.
I absolutely not impressed.
It take almost an hour to receive help. Via text email or phone call, I’m always waiting for assistance. Seems to me the service is obsolete or I still have to find things out by myself.
I pay $299 for a service. If I’m paying you for this service to work for me then I need you to be readily available to answer my questions. If not then I can answer my own within the time you take to respond.
Im throughly not happy and upset. Y’all ain’t helping me succeed and to be honest I dont need you, no one does. I hired you for the ease and you can’t even do that
I paid $79 extra for faster filing, but the state approval still takes 1-2 weeks, even though ZenBusiness said it will be done in 2-3days total. Don’t pay the extra money because the only part that is faster is sending the paperwork to the government, your approval still takes weeks.
Sometimes you have to resubmit the same information which is time consuming.
It is easy to use. I just wish it wouldn’t take so long to receive funds after depositing a check.
I have deleted and reinstalled ZenBusiness several times and can’t get the expenses tab to ever load. It just errors out. ZenBusiness developer needs to get serious about a major UI overhaul. Seriously. For as much as you charge me for things, you can ensure ZenBusiness is bug free.
I feel I should’ve went with someone else to register my llc because you can never get a response on time from them. I purchased an annual report 2 business days in advance from them and it’s still in processing on ZenBusiness . Clearly they cannot backup what they’re saying. Now I will probably get problems thrown my way from the state because of their inability to follow through.
Good app overall, works well. Wish it was more like the website where I could more easily track my miles on the go.
Would be nice to be able to do more with expenses like add them and also add and edit time/task and the accounting part.
