I added it when it first launched and Darihana clearly put a lot of thought into her app. She provides so much valuable FREE information like a grocery list, helpful supplements for your journey with info on what they do, and answers to questions most people have about losing weight and gaining muscle in her FAQ’s section. She even has a highlights section where she posts blogs ,quotes and things we all want like low cal order recipes for Starbucks. I highly recommend checking out what she has to offer because my review would be WAY too long if I tried to tell you.
Now not everything is free you do have to buy her challenges to unlock them but this is an app to support her workout business and make it easier for her clients to complete them, so that makes sense! However, she does provides free workout routine videos on Instagram. Her workout portion of the app is truly for those who want to invest in there health and her workouts are 100% worth it. They are detailed with reps, sets and rest times .The most useful part is her videos under each workout demonstrating how to do them properly. It’s like having a coach in your hand and even after you complete the challenge you still have access to the workouts and meal plans you bought!

I have been following Darihana for about two years and before the app i enjoyed her guides and challenges because of the detail that went into them and the in depth information they had. I did not think she could top that quality but she truly did with this app. One this i truly love is that there is no monthly or yearly subscription for the app so once you purchase something you’ll have access to it for life basically. The amount of information provided in the app is equal to or more than what was on her guides and i love that. I love the quality of the demonstration videos because it really goes through the movement and explains everything verbally and is written under the video as well. There are quotes that motivate you when you dont feel like getting a workout in and information that is shared and updated. With the challenge you are able to upload photos and starting weight and it saves in the app and i really like that because i feel like looking back at the photos will help remind me why i started and help motivate me. Honestly im just in love and you can tell a lot of thought and hardwork was put into the app.

To even consider that fitness can be on an app? Crazy right. We paint this picture of what fitness is and working out is and it’s just black and white gym and cardio. This creator is changing the fitness world but freaking out of the norms. This app doesn’t just give you fitness access, macro nutrient intelligence, guidance, a sleek and eye catching platform but none of this matter compare to the dedication and the lack of judgement you feel in this app, with this creator with the challenges and workouts. I am a skeptic, I think the people who claim they can change my life with shakes and workouts and Zumba and 7 mile cardio are all bogus, and they all may be bogus expect Darihana who has shown her heart and mind on a platform. Who guides and shows you the path possible to take with dedication and perseverance. So I’m going to continue using this app and watching out to probably do a lung and fail at it and continue because failing or succeeding, losing weight or gaining, changing our eating habits…NONE of that matters if you don’t believe in yourself and what you are doing.
So yes download the app, fail and try again and be motivated.
