Liked Previous App Better
I’m sure they had their reasons for changing their app, however, this app is terrible. I can’t book an appointment online for the same places that I’ve done before with no problem…for some reason it has me programmed for another state that I can’t switch…I couldn’t update that I got the Covid vaccine- the doctor had to do that…Went to chat to have them book an appointment and got timed out very quickly when the person was looking into setting up an appointment so now I have to call. This is actually my first review but I had to do it because I hate this app version that much

Major Downgrade from previous APP
I have no idea why Novant made a new app that is less user-friendly, less accessible, and less intuitive. I can no longer access any of my children’s accounts from my account; it’s as if they no longer exist. The last app was so much more visually intuitive. There is a lot more guessing and backtracking to find things here. I wish I could give it zero stars. I have no idea what Novant was thinking.

Can’t sign on to app
I received a Bill via email and attempted to pay using the MyChart app. My password would not work. Ok. I used the link in the email link - it worked fine and I was able to pay. The app will not allow me to use my valid password to sign in and there is no recourse - other than write a bad review.
