The app is saying it cannot verify my debit card. It's the same card I used last month

I was just checking out app in order to borrow money you link bank account, and I did, they did not loan me one penny nothing. But they 5 dollars from my account that I didn't agree to. The day they 4.99 and i have no idea why they this money. I tried log in would not password I tried forgot password it said send me email , email never came, I tried this all day. Nothing. So I fund 4 phone for there company everyone of them was no longer in service.
I am unable to log into my Account... I know I'm entering the correct email address
Credit genie is stuck on saving! Please help
The app is getting stuck in saving mode after the plaid platform connects my bank. Boo.
After it connects my bank it gets stuck in “savings” mode

My bank account links then the app gets stuck in "saving" mode
Time to invest in some real IT guys. Cannot connect bank as window freezes at that spot every. Single. Time. No attempt to fix this?
I am having the same issue as the others. Bank is connected but just goes to, and get stuck on the ‘Saving’ screen.
It’s saying I don’t have the latest version but i do it won’t let me do cahs advance
How do I update to the latest version? Do I have to update my phone first?

Bank successfully connected and then when you press next it says Saving…
Every time I successfully connect my bank account, the app gets stuck on the “saving…” screen. I thought maybe if I logged out and back in that it would show that my bank was connected but it doesn’t. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, tried connecting the bank again but nothing is working. My bank is definitely one that the app works with and it says it was connected successfully so I’m not sure what to do to get the app to stop freezing and get it to actually work.
