I tried to login as I usually do, was prompted there was an update, clicked on update and instead of overriding and updating the old app, an entirely new app downloaded. I now have two icons for the same app on my phone. I've been doing his long enough to know this rollout was not executed properly and will cause mass confusion.
I love the convenience of controlling my account from my cell phone. I have been very pleased with citizens Bank.
