Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Paint app issues:

Force Stop the Paint App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Paint app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Paint to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Paint App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Paint app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Paint.

Click Paint » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
