Kinda confused

When I downloaded the app(about a week after making this review), the app was advertised as procreate, like with the logo, and the name. 3 days after not being able to get into the app, it was changed to what it is now at the time of me making this review. Did this happen with anyone else? It’s just confusing me.

All of the text including every description for everything is in Japanese and copy & paste doesn’t work for google translate. I can’t use anything without the subscription popping up which is unreadable for me. Please make an English version for everything in the app and not just the advertising.
