Terrible company

It’s a terrible app and a terrible company with a terrible website to go with it. Every time I try to log in on GMSConnectApp it says my account can’t be found even though I have an account on the website.

Whenever I try to log in on the website, it’s a pain. Now they’ve rolled out some new login page on the website that makes you make ANOTHER LOGIN and after I got it set up and working, I can’t easily get back to that login on their website. It’s like they can’t decide what interface to use and they make it stupid difficult to even login. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it.

FYI, it’s not just me. Several people at my job have experienced the same thing and many don’t even bother trying to log in because it’s so ridiculous.

Blank screen when logging in

There is a blank screen when logging in and doesn’t let you refresh or do anything. Frustrating because this is apparently the only place you can access your digital insurance cards through GMS

Trash

Changes up their stuff and loses all my information.

Fix your app

I’m so dam tired of trying to login to GMSConnectApp fix the dame thing already

Terrible app

Can’t even log in. Has to send multiple verification codes by email and then text, just to get to a screen that says “can’t login, try again” repeatedly. Insanely stupid.

Unable to login

When trying to login, I’m prompted with a message that says unable to find account. Not very useful if you’re not able to login.

Can’t sign in

Reset password doesn’t work, doesn’t recognize my email but it works on the web.

Keep it simple

Won’t let me login. Keeps asking for my email but the gms account I have uses username. Apparently you have to create another account because they aren’t capable of transferring the existing one. Even previous gms was a pain, always wants you to change password and is extra sensitive about what you change it to. Worst payroll system I’ve ever used.

Pointless App

Why does GMSConnectApp want my email but the web want my username? And then tell me that it can’t find my account?
Why have us setup a username, then ask us to use our email to login?
Did you actually pay somebody to build GMSConnectApp for you? I would be asking for a refund.
The level of programming errors here is astounding. Testing apps BEFORE unleashing them into the market is essential!!! Waste of my time!
Wish I could give 0 stars

Having trouble logging in.

Can login to the website but GMSConnectApp is not finding my account. Please look into this. I know I was able to log in when I first downloaded GMSConnectApp but now it wants me to login with my email instead of my username

Can’t Log In

For whatever reason GMSConnectApp will not let me login using my GMS connect username and it will not let me login using in using my email. Just this afternoon reset my password and ensured that my login credentials (including security questions) were correct and I am still unable to login given the information the login window requires (email + password). As a current employee, can we please improve GMSConnectApp and add the ability to login using your specified username? Otherwise, I will be unable to utilize GMSConnectApp.

Love the New App!

My employees are loving this new app! The functionality is great and they are now able to easily access all the features they would find on the website. This new tech launch has been a game changer for our experience with GMS.

Finally a reliable payroll solution!

I feel so silly! At first, I couldn’t access my payroll and it was driving me crazy! BUT I realized I was using the wrong login and password. Now that I’m in, it works great!

Simple & Functional

Easy to use and enough functionality to do what i need on a daily/weekly basis.
