Would not recommend. I tried to cancel after the initial trial and could not get anyone to help me without my Member ID number or Medi-Cal number. I couldn’t log in to cancel the service and they wouldn’t do it over the phone. I couldn’t reset my password to login, I tried multiple times but I would never receive an email to reset it. It took me 3 months until I was able to just dig through everything and find my member ID. I no longer had medi-cal and had thrown away my cards as I had insurance through my company. I tried reaching out to customer service but they refused to credit me back 3 months of charges ($90) even though I tried canceling multiple times and literally no one could help me.

I never leave reviews for anything but this was so heinously bad that I had to express my frustration somehow. The app is so unintuitive it took navigating error messages, reaching out to the company via multiple means and speaking with several consultants to finally arrange a consult over the course of three hours. When I finally received my consult the doctor wouldn’t even prescribe me an albuterol inhaler for my asthma despite having had a decade long history of using the medicine. So much fail!
When I contacted support to request the cancellation of my service I was then directed to another labyrinth to navigate. Save yourself the time and headache and just go to an urgent care or try another Telehealth app!

The app has a lot of room for improvement. I’ve had it for less than 24 hours and I already am getting a “failed to login” error. Not like I have the wrong password, but the app is actually having an issue and can’t log in right now. Frustrating because you can’t access all your linked benefits and messages from specialists/etc without being logged in.
Also should be known that your care doesn’t actually take place within this app. The app just gives you the link to your telehealth from a different website. It essentially contracts out your care.
