This watch only worked for about five days. After that the date and time (it would only do military time which I hate) were way off and I was no longer able to connect to Bluetooth And the watch quit tracking my steps. And now I’m trying to return the watch but I can’t connect to Bluetooth to erase all the data. I also purchased one for my husband for Father’s Day and his was never able to connect to Bluetooth. I tried to return to JCPenney’s and they told me it was too late I only had 10 days to return it but I bought it early as a gift For Father’s Day so this doesn’t even make sense. Also I used the Q7 Sport Smartwatch app, the correct app and it still did not work. I didn’t even bother with customer service after reading the reviews and how terrible customer service is and it sounds like there’s no solution anyway. I don’t recommend buying this watch you might as well spend the extra money and get the real deal.

So I tried use this app on iPhone 8 and latest iOS using my Q7. The phone was able to connect to Q7. It there were two devices on Bluetooth-q7 and q7-le . Anyways the app is terrible to add and connect a device and even if I got it connected in this app the data from Q7 would not sync to app at all.
Clicking on firmware check would simply crash the app. Reboot the device had no effect. There were no helpful indications what so ever on what is wrong . It’s obvious that q7 smart watch is not syncing to iOS app although it records my walk/steps. But this makes it useless for me for tracking walk/run exercise purposes :(.
I can only use smart watch for other phone related things such as notifications and messages,etc.

So for what it is, I do like the watch. It has a long battery life and it has everything I need on it, although I can’t text with it but that’s ok for the price. What’s not so great, is the customer service. I tried calling for help because the app wasn’t allowing me to log in. I was told that I had to open up a twitter account in order to log in. I didn’t want to do that so I asked when the next time the app will be updated. I was told they had no idea when it would be ready. It’s already been a 5 days and I still can’t log in. I’ve tried to even put on forgot password and something flashes over the button but it’s too fast to even speed read! Really bad app and service, nice watch.
