How to fix Dreo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dreo app on iPhone
Update Dreo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dreo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dreo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dreo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dreo app issues:

Force Stop the Dreo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dreo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dreo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dreo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dreo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dreo.

Fix Dreo unable to contact server/ Dreo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dreo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dreo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dreo on android.
