I ordered over 6 months ago all the stuff I got either didn't work or wasn't what was advertised they approved an return now I can't even get into my orders they say my email is not found I finally got 20 of the same generated messages to my questions they say to get my old refund which was already approved I now have to make a new order which I can cancel in order to get my old refund and new one what kind of fool would place a new order if I haven't received my refund in over 6 months then they offered me a coupon I accepted then they tell me I have to place an order cancel it ask for that refund to get the coupon what they are doing is illegal and ignorant there is no customer service in any company that makes you place a new order to get an old refund that is just their way to get more money off you I hope noone calls for that their merch is awful and getting a refund is out of the question I sent them proof that they already told me I was getting a refund but that didn't matter. They are thieves scammers and their phone number doesn't even work I am going to find a way to either report them to the better business beauru or fraud alert somehow I've been put to running in circles to get no where I will never send them even one more dime and I guess I have to take my refund as a loss from now on I will always read customer reviews before ordering from anywhere they should be ashamed of themselves and shit down for being total thieves

I was told by the deliverer YODEL that it was delivered in Thursday 15 December at 16:10 at the front porch but did not receive the parcel and it is still missing up to now,😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. How do I return items that don't fit?

I ordered 2 items from haffprice the items went to wrong postcode not my postcode I was told by yodel that they returned the parcel back to them now I can't get a full refund only part of tge total cost this is unfair when I message haffprice they keep asking me to get intouch with YODEL which I have several times and they keep telling me it has been returned but I'm not getting any response from haffprice so I have informed my bank and they are dealing with it as fraud so beware
