10 months agoI purchased a package and it says that it is lost somewhere. I have no way of tracking it nor have I gotten an update on anything. This is ridiculous. I spent lots of money on these clothes I would like either a refund on my order or lease to know what is going on!!!

2 years agohey, I am very disappointed with this service, I placed an order a few weeks ago and my package never arrived. In the app shop it tells me that ups failed with the address, when I do the tracking in ups it tells me that the tracking number is incorrect. who solves this for me? I wrote by mail and nobody gives me a solution I WANT MY ORDER NOW
