I spent damn near $700 online for my daughters as Christmas presents. I got an email stating all my items were packed and shipped, but when I received the package only 6 of the 18 items were in the package. I reached out via email and have been told an investigation will be conducted. I'm so very disappointed with this incident.

Extremely bad customer service so be warned! This is the second time I've posting a complaint - the first one did not post or was taken down by Edikted. Bottom line - tracking indicated my package was undeliverable which is very suspicious. We live in a highly visible neighborhood and our address is clearly marked. I've tried to contact Edikted several different ways with no response. Where is my package? Is it being returned to them, are they processing a refund...no way of knowing at this point!

We live in a highly visible neighborhood and our street number is clearly posted. There was no bad weather on December 9th so that could not have been a reason. Why was the package undeliverable? The tracker doesn't indicate what delivery service is being used so there is no recourse there. I've asked if my package is now being returned to Edkited...I have no idea where my order is or when/if I may receive a refund.

I am checking to see if you have an order I placed. I see an amount of $18.62 and $19.04. I am looking for a pair of shorts for $19.04.

Website doesn’t work. Won’t take payment. Looks like it takes payment and you don’t know of overcharged. No human to contact. AI is totally useless. If you can’t contact a human to resolve issues you deserve to lose business. Especially when it’s a payment issue

I ordered a package without an account and now I have no way of canceling it. I have tried to get ahold of the company and no response.

I ordered a skirt and shirt pants and they haven’t arrived yet and Edikted told me it has been sent out, Edikted hasn’t answered any of my emails yet.

I purchased a package and it says that it is lost somewhere. I have no way of tracking it nor have I gotten an update on anything. This is ridiculous. I spent lots of money on these clothes I would like either a refund on my order or lease to know what is going on!!!

In the app shop it tells me that ups failed with the address, when I do the tracking in ups it tells me that the tracking number is incorrect. who solves this for me?
