am zburat cu agentia duneavoastra pe data de 5 .07 de la atena la timisoara . in atena avionul a avut intarziere de plecare cu 2 ore ca urmare cursa de bucuresti - timisoara sa nu ne astepte pentru intarziere de 20 minute . am plecat a doua zi din bucuresti spre timisoara . la intoarcere aceeasi situatie pe data de `26 .07 . intarziere a avionului dumneavoastra in timisoara ca urmare sa pierdem din nou legatura . am stat in aeroport 6 ore pentru urmatoarea cursa care nu a fost cu tarom ci cu aegean . platind biletul animalului de companie care il aveam cu mine , la tarom . aegean nu a acceptat plata facuta la dumneavoastra si am mai platit o data biletul spunandu-mi in aeroport ca banii mi se vor returna in decurs de 3 zile . au trecut 10 zile si nu am primit banii. doresc recompensa pentru zborurile pierdute nu din vina mea plus biletul animalului de calatorie platit din nou la agean

Terrible customer service

I started the Ro body program over a month ago. The process took a long time to get started but they did warn me about that so I understood. But now I am on my 5th week and my insurance plan changed so I warned them multiple times via the chat, email AND the phone. Every single person I've talked to is on a completely different page. I finally ended up calling and the woman was like "oh it looks like your insurance update was never properly communicated"......after I sent it multiple times and told them multiple times.....now, they keep telling me "they're looking for a different pharmacy with the medication in stock" I keep telling them that I'm pretty sure they need to restart the authorization process since I got new insurance and NO ONE is listening. It's almost like I'm talking to a computer. Every single person I've talked to has said something completely different. I'm unsure when/if I'll ever get the medication again and now since they won't listen to me, it will be a lot farther out than I had anticipated and I'll have to start completely over on the dosage. Also, they claim they get back to you within 24-48 hours and shut off their phones so you can only email or chat and then they ignore you. I have NO idea when my issue will ever get resolved and honestly it's VERY frustrating.

Unable to fill order and app lacks usability

It’s been ~2 months and they have been unable to find a pharmacy to fill the prescription. That’s 3 months of subscription fees with no medication to show (because I did a test in first month). As for the app… I am unable to look at payment history from the app. I was sent a link to a website I had to log into that can only be accessed through a browser. Also, immediate support isn’t available. There are no phone numbers for customer service. Support usually takes about 3 days for a response. Lastly, typing on the app isn’t easy. When you double tap the space bar, it will not provide a “period/full stop”. I’m also unable to move the cursor easily if I wish to edit a message. There is a loss of functionality that most other apps have.

I started using this app in April when I did a consultation for ozempic which I thought was pretty easy. I just finished my 2nd month and have been waiting for my prescription which I was supposed to start 3 days ago never submitted even though my response was done 12 days ago. I kept receiving messages that it was submitted (it wasn’t), then I had someone send me a message and call me by another name with none of the correct info, so I’m assuming she was confused. I have been writing to them for 10 days to see what is going on and I keep getting a response from different people, with no accurate information, but my card was easily charged with no problem. I am very disappointed and will be disputing the charge on my card. Go somewhere else for online medication
