I faced many issues from holding my money without any right to not receiving the digital products.

DO NOT BUY DIGITAL CARDS!!

I bought SAWA card three days ago and haven’t received it yet!
I contacted every single one I could, nothing works.
They said go talked to Onecard, who is onecard?
You sold that to me, not them!
You should talk to them and be sorry for every second passed while working on that.

With Al Rajhi, you have to FIGHT to get your rights no matter who you are.
By the way, the issue still on.

DO NOT USE. STAY AWAY Urpay have been holding my money for a month now. They have suspended my account and asked for various documents which i have provided. they still have not activated my account and it has been over a month now. i think they use other peoples money to gain profit

I opened my wallet on the 19th of march and transfered money from my international bank account into the wallet and as soon as i transfered the money my wallet was suspended due to them needed more identification even though i provided everything they needed before i registered. It has been an ongoing issue since then and till this day has not been resolved, they have sent me further requests and i have filled out and provided everything they need swiftly. When i called up to ask for an update they said they needed me to send it again?!? Like what kind of service are they running if they need me to send the same documents over and over again. The most unprofessional system i have witnessed. When i ask for an explanation why is this the case they just say i need to wait until my wallet is activated… if i didnt transfer money into the wallet already i would have already stopped dealing with these guys. Im a student in the kingdom so i do not work so what ever money i have that is all i have for them to do this is just appaling. Disappointed.

White page appears when clickng the confirm button when adding money. Please help..

Trying to add money to it, attempted many times. but the money is not added to the UR pay account. seems just like making fun with us. The same scenario with Yaqoot sim which is on behalf of zain network. It's been more than a month i could not activate the sim. I lost money and my time behind these teams. in general, the customer care over here is too weak to assist in these kinds of situations.
