They don’t approve anyone, customer service is garbage, my suggestion you open an account elsewhere
They stopped replying to any customer service help requests for over 1 month now. Money is locked there = stolen. They removed virtual or physical card option for anyone now too. No access to your own money. They are bankrupt and closing and hiding it- customer service won’t even reply to messages since a month ago. Protect your money- go elsewhere.
