Please my wallet is inactive for one month three weeks now when I call costumer care service they told me to contact central bank of saudi arabia but when I contact sama they also ask me to contact urpay so please can you help me by checking my wallet and activate my wallet

Dear sir, I , Razin Omer Ahammed is facing an issue relating usage of urpay. I am able to send local transaction like sending from urpay wallet to alrajhi bank account and vice versa.. But the issue is that , when I contact your customer service they say an account does not exist under my iqama number.. But I am able to use, getting otp and all, but due to this not confident to send international transaction. Even my details are verified except personal one as it is not getting verified after filling also. I think this issue exist because one of your customer agent deleted my account from server, but accessible by me. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible. Attaching my iqama no. and mobile number. sent money through ur pay on 3rd of February 2023, still not credited to my account, customer care is asking for father grandfather and date of birth. still no one knows about when my money will be credited? very excellent customer, they never care, I have reported to SAMA

I am not receiving any OTP in my stc simcard once I confirmed the amount for international transfer. My simcard is active. And I received OTP after I added money from my bank account to urpay.

I transfer money from my SNB to my ur pay account on 24th August at 10:00 p.m time, but still not credit my ur pay account while my SNB quick pay has been debited.I call several times to ur pay customer care center, they just told me about complaint lodging but taking no action and then next day i again facing the same problems, not credit my ur pay account.This is very bad and poor customer services of ur pay team, which is not acceptable.I provided all the details even through email too but my money is still pending.
