Dear sir, I , Razin Omer Ahammed is facing an issue relating usage of urpay. I am able to send local transaction like sending from urpay wallet to alrajhi bank account and vice versa.. But the issue is that , when I contact your customer service they say an account does not exist under my iqama number.. But I am able to use, getting otp and all, but due to this not confident to send international transaction. Even my details are verified except personal one as it is not getting verified after filling also. I think this issue exist because one of your customer agent deleted my account from server, but accessible by me. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible. Attaching my iqama no. and mobile number. I am not receiving any OTP in my stc simcard once I confirmed the amount for international transfer. My simcard is active. And I received OTP after I added money from my bank account to urpay.
