Can’t get refund through app

There have been missing things in my order twice and there is no way to report that on TheSpotDMV . Only $6-7 each, but that is still money I paid for things I didn’t get.

First order lie

They tell you that you’re going to get 25% off your first order. And then you download TheSpotDMV and all of a sudden it’s 20% instead. You can’t even ask anyone why it changed. Stop lying to your customers

My credit never gone thru

My credit never gone thru and the people over here never tried to match giving me discount I had to use my Apple Pay which make no sense.

No customer service number

I didn’t get my food and the driver just said it was delivered but never got to me and I now I have no one to call to get my money back or anything

Fake Reward Points System

I started using TheSpotDMV a while back when they cut their staff. The reward system doesn’t have a redeem option in TheSpotDMV . Went to the store to order something directly from the kiosk stand and it didn’t accept the QR code for the rewards and the cashier didn’t have a method to redeem it either. It seems the rewards system is there to lure people into buying more without any intent to redeem. Will need to report this to the city of rockville to inspect this as false advertising and fraud.

Great concept, need better execution

Love the concept but last time, not all the orders were properly coordinated and so had to go back twice to collect the missing dishes…!
