Hi… I signed up for a free trial months ago and cancelled the trial. This week I purchased the app again by accident and was immediately charged $60. This was unclear that I would not be eligible for a trial and that I would be charged the yearly subscription right away. I am very unhappy about this and would like to speak to someone regarding a refund please
This app is charging me and I haven’t downloaded it. I have also put a bank block on cause my pursue has been stolen. I don’t have little kids for this app

I really like this app due to the reason that theres so many backgrounds to pick from and so easy to create an amazing picture for your little ones. Definitely makes it look like it was taken at a studio.

Everything about this app I wonderful I truly love it I think the only thing is I have emailed them for unlimited cut outs but no one has responded I don’t like that we only have a couple cut outs since I have a project due I’m on edge. Please respond and let me know how I can get unlimited cut outs even if it means to pay more monthly.
