GelsonsRewardsShopping really needs help. It is inferior. Gelsons should not be happy with GelsonsRewardsShopping. One of the problems— besides GelsonsRewardsShopping being too CLUDGY —is that it does not keep up with items that are on sale. Gelsons needs to get a better developer or someone who is more in tune with IT and app development and maintenance. GelsonsRewardsShopping is virtually worthless.
GelsonsRewardsShopping doesn’t recognize my already excising email and doesn’t allow me to register again because I already have an account. Go figure!!
Still can’t find my rewards number
How the heck do you “sign in”? GelsonsRewardsShopping says to please sign in; however, there is (apparently) no way to do so… frustrating.
Like others I cannot create an account, nor will it send me an email so I can fix an “existing” account. So far it is unusable

Has anyone in the company ever used GelsonsRewardsShopping before? It’s so difficult to use and none of the function in GelsonsRewardsShopping works.
Created an account, logged in, but GelsonsRewardsShopping doesn’t recognize that you are logged in so the reward barcode doesn’t show.
Please fix.
Why make users download a new app and have the new app be worse? It won’t let me sign in. It doesn’t fit the Gelson’s brand of having something so inconvenient and poorly done.
What is the point of having a reward system if the teller doesn’t scan GelsonsRewardsShopping and then tells you it’s too late after spending nearly $100
Gelson’s is the most overpriced and elitist supermarket I’ve ever visited. Even the most mundane essentials seem to always have a twenty to thirty percent markup. I had hoped GelsonsRewardsShopping would highlight some offers that would at least match prices of a Vons or a Ralph’s but it just confirmed my opinion.
GelsonsRewardsShopping is as confusing as the website. Except at least on the website I can sign in.
I see many others have reported the same issue. Why hasn’t this been addressed?
My store has been having issues with the phone number system for months so I’ve been losing out on money. Then I see this and try it and like every other review so far says - it’s worthless. Nothing works.
Signed up before I went to the store. Didn’t notice I wasn’t assigned a rewards number. Go to the register and I couldn’t use it because I haven’t been assigned a number yet. Took a day for a number to populate.
Tried to create an account but it tells me there already is one associated with my phone number and I need to sign in. When I try to sign in and click the ‘Forgot Password’, it doesn’t recognize any of my emails for me to reset a password.
pretty much the title, tried signing in and it said I needed to sign in but never again showed me the page to sign in again. The ADA features "provided" did not work, they also reset after going to a new page. If the devs want someone to help have them reply to the review.
They tell you to sign into GelsonsRewardsShopping . You sign into GelsonsRewardsShopping and there’s no way you can actually look at your profile? Can’t even check to see how many points that you have through this particular app. The older app is much better than the dumpster fire disaster. They should be ashamed of themselves with how clunky and pathetic GelsonsRewardsShopping is.
App needs work - too buggy for a major company.
