I had to keep my other Phorest go app installed as the new app isn’t sending me notifications when someone checks in. Other than that I’d give it 5 stars! Hopefully this gets fixed quickly

The stocktake on this is terrible. It lumps together both archived and current brands when picking a brand for a stocktake. Please fix it to where it only shows current brands not archived ones.

It’s easy to use, super fast and has amazing reporting. The stylist love PhorestGo20 !

Crashes everytime when client file is viewed, waste of precious time.

I can’t even change my schedule. Isn’t this what the entire app is all about? Scheduling? They would be much farther ahead of they’d just left it alone. Now I have nothing but problems. Im going to look elsewhere for something that actually works.

I really dislike the new app . I really am not happy I’m being forced to use the new app. Please change it !! It’s hard to look at, read and just fallow .

Old version is 100x better .

It’s a hit or miss whether I get check in notifications or not- most of my coworkers get zero notifications, so I guess I’m lucky. But looking at days when I have to scroll to see who else is on the schedule, there is a glitch where it shows everyone who will be in, but there will be one solid column of appointments but there is no telling who it is for until you click on each individual appointment. PhorestGo20 is terrible, and I miss the first one. Never had any issues with it. If it wasn’t broken, why did you try to “fix” it?

My entire team loves it! Love that it reflects closely to the desktop version. So we can do more on the go and around the salon. 100% better!

Anyone else complaining about it are only stupid hairstylists that probably use elementary color lines because they can’t even learn the color wheel.

This upgrade makes it much more difficult to see the exact times, including the half hour mark. I still prefer the old look and will continue to use the old version until it’s no longer available.

The look is somewhat nicer but also not really. I feel like every time i try to do something there ends up being so many other things happening. Other app was simple. We like simple. Could have amped up the look without changing all the extra stuff. Same goes with the desktop app

Really miss old layout, don’t like new one as much. Not as user friendly as last. I do like the thought of the how you can get to the dates and see it from a month perspective, but booking and navigating the system for clients have not been easy.

New app is awful and full of bugs. Don’t use PhorestGo20 if you want a reliable scheduling app

I feel the original version was ok but love the new app. As a team manager, the functionality of PhorestGo20 , goal tracking visibility for the entire team and the roster are wonderful. Cant wait to see what is in store for future updates! Can’t imagine it could be better?

I like the scheduling app, the only thing I would change.. I wish it would send a notification once a new appointment is scheduled. I feel like Im going crazy constantly checking my phone to see when/if anyone schedules.

The new update has a few glitches. When you book things on PhorestGo20 it won’t show up. You have to swipe right or left to see it appear on the appointment books. When deleting or moving appointments the same thing happens. It lags…

Better than the last one but could still use refining. Notifications when someone cancels or books would be amazing! Like having a notification center to refer to when you log in of recent activity of your books. Our receptionist are busy and can’t notify us of every single person that calls to either cancel/ change their appointment or when one is scheduled, which we have online options as well which is very annoying to have to constantly check PhorestGo20 in case an online booking is made prior to your shift. When they cancel or change their appt our receptionist are instructed to leave notes on why they altered their appt but I can never see that because I don’t know who moved where so those notes are worthless to me at that point. Sometimes my whole day will change and I’m left wondering who it was and what happened. Maybe it’s a close client and I can reach out to them and check in on them. Also, the chat notifications could be more accurate too. I will sometimes get them as a banner on my phone but if I miss that I have no way of seeing I have a new message when initially going into PhorestGo20 . I have to manually go into chat, and find the message but I don’t always think to check. There should be a Notification Center for all these things!
Another thing, I’ll see the little heartbreak symbol on the salon version which means that client isn’t going to their preferred staff member. We also have aesthetics that clients make appts with so that will often show up for us because they use both. Some clients see multiple stylists. You have to manually change in their client profile who their preferred staff member is which is a hassle esp when we can’t see that option on PhorestGo20 to do that. It should automatically update based onthe popularity of visits with a particular staff member, not based on who they saw first.

it is so much harder to read! it’s laggy and you can’t see appointment notes easily, just everything about the update is so bad

Not really sure why they changed the entire layout. Don’t fix what isn’t broken…? Phorest claims that they are people who work in salons so they understand what we need. I truly question that. I’m a stylist who has been using 2.0 for months now and it still stinks. It’s really not user friendly or intuitively set up. I could go on, but obviously nobody is liking this version either. Sigh.

The new and updated to phorest has been a game changer for my team to be able to see and achieve thier goals! Vision helps so much!

Please add adding an additional break.

The new update is low key ugly. Its looks low budget in my opinion
