My experience with this app has been rather frustrating. I signed up and linked my bank back in April, but it was only in June that I actively tried to utilize Ava . Unfortunately, that's when the problems began with linking my bank.
Despite successfully linking my bank account in April, this app now consistently displays an error message whenever I attempt to use it. The message claims that this app does not support my bank, which is confusing since I had no issues initially.
I've tried numerous times to link different banks, including a bank I am apart of that my my fiancé uses successfully with this app, but the error persists. It's been two months, and I haven't been able to access any of this app's features or services.
This situation is incredibly disappointing as I was eager to use this app to improve my credit. However, the ongoing banking issue has prevented me from doing so.
I hope the developers can address and resolve this problem promptly so that others don't encounter similar obstacles. As for my experience, I can only give this app two stars for now due to the persistent bank linking issues.
I remain hopeful for a solution, and if the problem is resolved, I'd be more than willing to update my rating and give this app another chance
