I have never been able to use qr codes on my Samsung phone. I am not directed to a website after pointing my phone. Is there another way to track my animals?

Hello! I recently purchased a sea turtle bracelet, and have began tracking Olive our green sea turtle. I am running this as a program for senior living residents. Unfortunately, our tracker has not been updated since June 5th. How can we resolve this so my residents can see our turtle in action? Thank you

My shark (Chum) was gifted to me half a year ago, but suddenly the data reset and it says he was released just a few days ago, but all other times I checked the site he had been released a year ago.

I was checking on my sea turtle (Coral) and she only moves at night. I thought since I am on spring break maybe I can see her moving. So I just checked my app and it says her last location was April 6, at 3:29 am. But it is currently April 6, 12:14 am so maybe it’s a time change but it’s really confusing and I wanted to fix it so could you maybe help with my problem. Thanks, Avonlea Duplantis
