They offer your a discount however if the item you bought doesnt fit you , they consider that you just changed your mind so they only maihjt hive you store credit for the final amount you paid which is ok but you also need to pay the amount of whatever was the discount they gave you lets say the 15% which is absolutely wrong a part from that you need to pay for returning the item and make sure you pay for a certificate of arrival. Thats abusive and wont order anymore from them. I do not recommend their business where they do not value their clients.

Girlies I never leave reviews on any site or shop ! So for me to be writing this review is because this boutique is the worst place I have ordered from . If items don’t fit you they don’t give you back your money , they give you credit ! Plus you have to pay the shipping label back to return your items that don’t fit !!! It takes over a month & 3 weeks to get your credit return back also and then 7 business days to actually receive it !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IM SAVING YALL THE HASSLE . The clothes are okay but sizing is way off!!!

I have been shopping on White Fox for quite some time now. I have been waiting for WhiteFoxBoutiqueUS to be released, at least the US one lol. All I have to say is I love it!!! It’s so convenient to open up and way easier to spend my money lol. Definitely recommend:)

Was excited to order from white fox until seeing all the bad reviews/ that items don’t show up/ they give you false shipping statements.. Customer satisfaction should be a boutique’s number one priority, and it just seems they do not care about your order as long as they secure your payment. The clothes are really cute but it just seems totally not worth it for the hassle. Shopping shouldn’t be stressful it should be fun!

So I have ordered 4 dresses from white fox the first one I got was nice the second was nice the third was very tight and short which I wasn’t expecting and the last one I got was the worst it came and when I tryed putting it on it was a battle the material was so rough and stiff and when I finally got it on it was nice then when o

-Took forever to get to me (said 5-10 business days then changed to 10-20 after 10 business days have past)
-They’re expensive
-Packaging is giving SHEIN
-Not supper big titty friendly (34DDD)
-Can’t review clothes on app
-App platform is not the best (doesn’t show different colors of the same item you have to search for it separately, they selectively show you what they want you to see, etc.)

Pros:
-Clothes are cute
-Nice quality
-Everything fit for the most part (boobies)

Their store credit is not able to be used on WhiteFoxBoutiqueUS , which is fine. But even through the website, there’s literally no way for me to be able to use it. I’ve also read other people having this issue and not getting any resolve. I’ll take my loss and go

Ordered some clothes for an event about 2 weeks in advance and still nothing. Paid for express shipping but didn’t come early. Plus they keep posting on instagram as if we aren’t commenting that we need our packages. No apology or refund. Really disappointed

Although they are based in Australia, I ordered in October and I just now received my order in December. They have horrible customer service as they did not reply to any of my emails. Do not order from them. I got no help for my order at all. So disappointed.

They have amazing products but they have no customer service and the shipping to the United States on standard will take over a month, and you won’t have clear updates on your package.

I have never written a view but this has been my worst experience ordering online so far. I placed a large order on the 1st of February. I qualified for express shipping however, my order didn’t even get confirmed till the 11th of February. They then removed 2 items from my order that I already paid for because they ran out of stock. They refunded it, and my order was set to deliver for the 15th of February. I then received a message from DHL that they required tons of information that I didn’t not have access to. I contacted white fox customer service twice and never heard back from them. I guess my package cleared customs anyways and was set to be delivered today(the 21st of February.) I then received a message from DHL that I owe a total of 382 dollars in import fees. I ordered from white box boutique US so I’m very confused as to why I am being charged all of these fees. This was never disclosed anywhere while placing my order and I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I called DHL and they said someone would give me a call within two hours. Never received a call but received an email my package would be delivered today. It has not been delivered. If I don’t pay these fees in the next 5 days my package will be sent back to them. Worst customer service, shady delivery company, save yourself time and money and just order from princess Polly. This place has no concern for customer satisfaction, they just want your money.

I tried White Fox before and was happy with my order so I brought something from then again during Black Friday and it has been the most disappointing process ever. They said they were running behind with their orders. What I assumed would be two or three weeks behind, became a month. I bought my outfit excited to wear the clothes for a vacation I was going on a whole month later. Now it is the day before I leave, no clothes to wear, and the tracking number is not working. This has been the worst shopping experience that me and numerous other people have been going through, and it will be a long time before I ever shop with them again.

I’ve Purchased One Thing From White Fox Thus Far Since I’ve Found Out About The Site . The Skirt That I Purchased Is Very Great Quality And Looks Just Like The Picture That Shows Online. The Shipping Takes Awhile But It’s Worth The Wait ! Thank You White Fox For Giving Me A New Online clothing Site To Be Excited About !
