I placed an order on 1/29/25, paid additional for expedited shipping. Stated it would arrive is 6-9 business days. Received tracking info however DHL states packages has never been received by merchant. They do not answer any emails and there i no phone number to call.
My idem was never shipped I paid ..sham

I have never experienced a worst customer service. If you want to buy something think it twice. The return system doesn’t work and none helps.

Ordered some clothes for an event about 2 weeks in advance and still nothing. Paid for express shipping but didn’t come early. Plus they keep posting on instagram as if we aren’t commenting that we need our packages. No apology or refund. Really disappointed

Their store credit is not able to be used on the app, which is fine. But even through the website, there’s literally no way for me to be able to use it. I’ve also read other people having this issue and not getting any resolve. I’ll take my loss and go
