I cancelled a ride that was $15 (USD) because the poor service and they charged me $75 (USD). I’ve reported them.
I am unable to sign in to the this app app using my Google sign in cause the device fails go to the verification screen to get the OTP number

How do I sign up without the text confirmation to confirm my number? I can’t take my phone off airplane mode cuz I don’t wanna use my data but the confirmation text won’t come in as iMessage when I’m using WiFi
After accepting our ride the driver decided to pick up 5 other drunk people and drop them off before us. Haylup makes it way to difficult to get help and get refunds.
I’ve been trying for months to delete my account, and have reached out to support twice, but my account will not be deleted and I’ve received no communication otherwise.
Drivers frequently cancel, or sit in one spot for 15 minutes and wait for you to cancel. You still get charged. I have $60 in charges because of this.
I contacted the developer about this with no reply.
Garbage.
My boyfriend and I both use Haylup regularly, and it has been a great app when it works. Now the problem is that for the past week neither of us have been able to log in, it gives us an error, and then takes us back to the log in information. So far we have to rely solely on buses or a friend to pick a ride for us.
