I am unable to sign in to the haylup app using my Google sign in cause the device fails go to the verification screen to get the OTP number

Drivers cancel and you still get charged

Drivers frequently cancel, or sit in one spot for 15 minutes and wait for you to cancel. You still get charged. I have $60 in charges because of this.
I contacted the developer about this with no reply.

I’ve been trying for months to delete my account, and have reached out to support twice, but my account will not be deleted and I’ve received no communication otherwise.
