Ordered and paid for one month fee as a trial offer on Nov. 30, 2025. What showed up on my bank statement was billing for $89. No customer service except an AI voice. No satisfaction. Told they are extremely busy and will be in contact. Since this whole operation seems less then professional I will contact my CC co. and dispute this charge. My advise is to not deal with this company. I got the impression it was Christian based, but I was surely misled. When one orders a trial month by month and gets invoiced for a year we're dealing with less then honest folks.

For the last week, I have been unable to watch anything on Angel. I use your app on my Roku device with a TV that is fairly new. The white circle just keeps going around and around and around and never loads. As of this moment, the circle has been going around for eight minutes. Everything else on my TV and Roku are working fine. Have you been having technical problems on your end? I’m a bit frustrated because I love your programming and have not been able to watch anything. I only use this app because you have content I like that can’t be found anywhere else. The app is ridiculously glitchy - constantly dropping me, requiring me to log back in every time I open the app, issues with screen sharing. These are all things that should have been sorted out LONG before launching the app. Please do better.

I was very excited to watch Tuttle Twins with our children however the app has not worked properly for some days now. When I open the app and click on the show I’m led to a black screen, and nothing ever happens. I also tried clicking the Tuttle Twins show and The Chosen popped up. Also where is the cast button located? Would love to show it on the tv versus 6 people crowding around an iPad.
