I set up the online app with the free seven day membership. I canceled well before the seven day membership and I’m getting charged. I’m continuing to get charged no way to reach you. This is a scam. I am going to alert everyone in media that you are scammers.

Purchased one movie and now have reoccurring charges 3 months later, cannot reach anyone nor get a response when "submitting a request." My bank gave me a number of 801-921-5663 for customer service, the number has an automated message saying "the mailbox is full, goodbye." CLICK, I am now going to have to open a dispute, I thought these were patriots, God's people spreading truth and empowerment.....very sad!

I ordered the DVD & Blu-ray of "Sound of Freedom" and was sent the DVD only. I wanted the two so I could gift the other. I've tried to contact you, this being the third time, to get the correct order, but never receive a response. I was going to order from amazon and get it cheaper, but now wish I would have. I'm beginning to believe this studio is nothing but a rip-off. Your customer service stinks!

I have had 3 different free ticket redemption codes to see After Death. As soon as I receive the email with the code I use it on the Atom ticket site to get my ticket. Every single time the site says the code is EXPIRED! I have emailed Angel Studios multiple times as the movie is just for two days in 3 days. No response!!! Wonder if the people who paid for these tickets know no one is able to use them?

Hello, Been almost 2 hrs trying to check out @ AMC to see The Sound of Freedom. Got 2 different promo codes to receive 1 free ticket. I was buying 3, & requested 1 free. However AMC asks for a 16, or 12 digit code. The codes ARE 9 DIGITS! This NEEDS to be addressed. Sounds like ALL the wonderful people who payed it forward GOT SCAMMED, & no one is getting to see the movie who may need a free ticket. Shameful! Please look into this with AMC! I'm sure there are many unhappy people.

We are having trouble with your App on our Roku. Each time we try to go back into the app after exiting, we are forced to remove it and reload it in order for it to work. We also cannot watch The Tuttle Twins. The app kicks us out every time we try. We love your program, and while these seem to be minor inconveniences, it is still bothersome to have to delete and reload all the time.

Great content, horrible functionality

I only use this app because you have content I like that can’t be found anywhere else. The app is ridiculously glitchy - constantly dropping me, requiring me to log back in every time I open the app, issues with screen sharing. These are all things that should have been sorted out LONG before launching the app. Please do better.

Horrible on Macbook Pro

Great shows/content, but the APP is terrible on a laptop. Very buggy and awkward interface! Also downloaded on my iPad (yes, latest iOS) and it only gives an error message that it doesn't work and cannot open. Bummed. The iphone app works great!

Not Working

I was very excited to watch Tuttle Twins with our children however the app has not worked properly for some days now. When I open the app and click on the show I’m led to a black screen, and nothing ever happens. I also tried clicking the Tuttle Twins show and The Chosen popped up. Also where is the cast button located? Would love to show it on the tv versus 6 people crowding around an iPad.
