Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyPelican app issues:

Force Stop the MyPelican App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyPelican app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyPelican to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyPelican App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyPelican app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyPelican.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyPelican » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
