Simply unreliable. It’s ok if you want to do a few cars but when you have 10 or more like I have to do everyday you are guaranteed to run into problems. Most notably uploading issues. It uploads all the photos as you’re working and it absolutely will kill your phone battery, you’ll notice how hot your phone gets as you go along. The only way you can work to get 4 or more cars done is by turning off cellular and uploading when you get to a home WiFi, otherwise your phone battery will be dead within an hour. Even with cellular off, CarCutter will still drain your battery quickly. Then you run into the problem of the upload taking multiple days, or even at all, to get the photos to push through. Nearly every picture I take just stays stuck in “uploading.” There seems to be no order of how photos are uploaded either. CarCutter frequently will crash, screen and camera will go black. You take a picture and it will just get stuck and you can’t go on to take the next picture. On top of that you can’t even pinch zoom like a normal phone will. Bottom line CarCutter needs major fixing

I could picture a bunch of cars and be connected to my dealerships WiFi and still not have them downloaded. There’s been days where i picture a car and it would take a week to 2 weeks at most.

I have to input all cars manually which is a headache it would be great if they fix this issue

I never review things but CarCutter my work makes me use is extremely irritating I just had to. It lags to take pictures and I even try and hold down the button to bypass it but it still lags or doesn’t take it at all and I’m just standing there trying to get it to work it also over heats my phone like crazy and kills the battery fast

I use CarCutter for work. I have issues with my photos skipping to the next images and they appear out of order. Then I have to waste time and go back to fixing the proper order if I don’t pay close enough attention. And I am being told I am one of the only ppl unable to do 360 videos. They blame my device— when I’ve uploaded them before from this same device. All I’m getting from support is nonsense answers and no results of fixing CarCutter . This is becoming very frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue? Or is it me like they are claiming?

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now. CarCutter has always slowed down my phone and causes severe battery loss. Also they update CarCutter to make it “better” when in reality it’s just minor changes that don’t help at all. I used to like CarCutter, now I can’t stand it.

CarCutter can't understand the horizon line. It frequently adds the background crooked, and we have to adjust it manually in Photoshop... which creates double the work. That's why we're thinking of switching suppliers.

Overheats phone constantly creating a ton of functionality problems

CarCutter will absolutely demolish your battery. A bit expensive as well compared to other similar platforms if you do your research.
