Cube Master 3D Status

It freezing up. Won't unfreeze

My game is stuck , it won’t turn and it doesn’t do anything when I try to match tiles.

I'm done with this game. This is the second time it's frozen well into double figures lvl. I'm not starting again so uninstalled cz no one's giving any direction to sort it so time to choose a better game.

I was playing.i had a phone call. Went back to finish. Went to continue and it won't let me play at all.

My game has frozen for the past three weeks and I cannot move forward. I cannot reset I cannot restart I cannot do anything. It allows me to like receive coins but I cannot play the game. What do I do?

Game has frozen and it will not let me restart the game or even choose tiles to move along.

Almost at round 900 froze and will not unfreeze I dont want to start over again

The game is frozen!! Several cubes left. Nothing is shifting them. Restarted my phone. Shut down my phone overnight. Cleared the cache on the app. Force stopped the app. Nothing works. This has happened before and I had to uninstall the app, resulting in losing my progress and having to start again!! 🤬 I can see many others complaining about the same thing. What's your resolution before I do the same thing and don't return?

Frozen at Lv 1005. Music plays but screen will not finish loading. Going on 2 days now.

I'm level 5268. Couple of days ago, game froze and can't unfreeze. Same few frozen cubes don't move.

Cube master has just frozen for two days. About 30 tiles are frozen and don't move if touched

Cube master 3d is stuck on level 415. I go in and am unable to play. I have turned game off and when it comes back on the same thing. I really don't want to Uninstall and start over. It shows cubes but when I tap on them nothing happens.

The screen has frozen near the end of level 1570, and simply will not unfreeze. I don’t want to lose my progress.

Love this game! But it has suddenly frozen in the middle of a game, I don't want to clear account because I have a huge score and don't want to loose that! What can I do to unfreeze it? Mandy

One item is on screen and wont come off. Plays music but wont clear.

My game freezes everytime I win some special coin. Im at around level 1500 and really don't want to reset. Please help!!!

I'm attempting to complete level 475 and my screen freezes. Music plays but doesn't respond to me touching screen.

My Cube Master 3D stopped and froze on my screen. Even rebooting my tablet did not restart it. I finally had to just uninstall it. Now I can't even find it to reinstall it.

I load my game and puzzle shows but none of the rest of the page loads.

I love this game but it crashes all the time. Is there any way to fix this issue
