Our Digital Photo Frame/Biu Frame was given to us as a gift. It has worked GREAT until a couple of weeks ago. It now freezes up and then turns off automatically after a couple of minutes of being turned on. I have tried rebooting, unplugging, turning off, waiting a few minutes and turnig back on, and blowing it of with canned air
My Biuframe turn itsself off after one or two days I have already contact biuframe trouble for This issue, Got an anseur to check the following steps which I did not thing change 1: check power connection 2:Force reset 3:Confirm sleep mode settings 4:update firmware/app

I have NEVER been so FRUSTRATED!!! I have tried to find the Frame ID. I have tried numbers from the box, I tried the numbers on the back of the frame but it’s only 9 numbers. This was a Christmas gift from my Son. I am also NOT impressed with the cheap PLASTIC frame that Tries to look like WOOD. This is going back FOR SURE! I am sure I can find a Cloud Photo Frame that isn’t so CHEAP and LACK of information-Frame ID that should be clearly stated on the back of the frame. I got the Biu Frame User Guide but it doesn’t match the app setup at all. All around CHEAP frame and Worthless User Guide. AMAZON should NOT offer this PRODUCT, I thought they had higher standards!! This is one of I could give 0 Stars or Negative Stars, I would!!! Never have I EVER gotten something of such POOR Quality all around!!!

The app doesn’t give option to add more pictures or delete specific picture.
Through the app, you can only create one frame to bind with the frame. Limited option.
Definitely need update on app.
