I tried to order through the carls jr app and my card was declined. I had funds available on my credit cad but it still said declined. However, it pulled two $28 transactions from my account! I've tried calling the store where i sent the order and they never saw it, I've tried calling carls jr customer service, and all it says is the inbox is full and hangs up! I want my $60 back!
I place an order i got my order corect but my son don’t like lettuce i went back with the bag shift manager MARIO received me with a really bad attitude all i as was can i have a cheeseburger plain he rejected service when I told him that I was gonna pay for the cheeseburger because it was my mistake and he said no I’m not gonna give it to you I guess after when he realized what he said he told the cook oh make me a cheeseburger plain and then I told him no thank you I don’t want a cheeseburger anymore. I placed an order online which I guess it was my mistake got off the car. I came back and ask you that I wanted a cheeseburger plain because it was for my kid when you receive me with an attitude and you told me that you weren’t going to remake my burger
I order through the app $51.94 got to the store and the order was not there tried to call the other in town only an answering machine. It charged my account. But never got the food had to reorder and charged again.
I wanted to cancel an order that I accidentally made to the wrong store but I have to wait and call customer service :/ that’s actually super inconvenient
I ordered from the app and they did not deliver it correctly. They told me to ask for refund and resubmit except to accept the app doesn't let you do that. Please advise how I'm to get my money back.
I accidently ordered from the wrong location. I called that store and also spoke to the local store where I meant to make the order. They both referred me to customer service, which does not seem to have a phone number. How can I cancel the incorrect order and get a refund for it?

On Dec 19th the Phoenix Suns made twelve 3 pointers. Carl Jr Arizona runs an add that when the Phoenix Suns score twelve 3 pointers you can receive a Western Bacon Cheeseburger with purchase of a drink at all Arizona locations. So when the suns made twelve 3 pointers on Dec 19th I went to Carl Jr location 7511 on Dec 20th to get my free Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I ordered my free Western Bacon Cheesburger and the cashier Alfonso Perez said that they do not honor the offer at that location. After explaining to him that I had previously gotten a free Western Bacon cheesburgers when the suns score twelve 3 pointers at that location. He still would not honor the offer. I even showed him a picture of a screen shot that said that when the Suns score twelve 3 pointers all Arizona locations offer the deal and he said that they dont honor the offer. So what is it? Do all Arizona locations honor the offer or is it only participating locations. If thats the case then you should change your advertising to reflect that.

Let me start off by stating that I love Carl’s Jr. food. I’ve eaten there for over 20 years now. That being said, this app is my only issue with them. I try their app because every restaurant has one now and it usually is more beneficial. Not this app. Here’s my experience, I go to place an order. I click checkout. It loops back to the cart with no confirmation and all my orders still in the cart. I try again. Nothing changes. Check my credit card statements and I got charged multiple times. I go to the restaurant. They have no order from me. They are unable to help me and I need to talk to the customer service department for the app. I check the app for any help or support button. There is none. I’m now stuck in an endless circle of trying to contact “customer service” and get my money back. I’m well into over an hour in dealing with all this. And just because I wanted to order on an app. Don’t download this. You are welcome.

Paid 30$+ through this app, they transferred it to door dash, door dash went to the restaurant and told me someone had taken the order and it’s not there, so door dash canceled order and told me we can’t refund you since it’s through carls jr app, I called carls jr branch that I ordered from and was told they cannot do nothing since I order through the app and I should contact the app customer service, well the app has no number to call and I have contacted them through their mailing service in app and got no response. I assume the restaurant employees know that this app is garbage and will never refund or assist or accept a complaint towards employees so they can just take the food, money, and tell the door dash guy someone else took it.

In this particular case as a first time user was an utter fail. I made the order easily enough… No issues there. The app and subsequent email and text directed me to join the drive through line and let them know I was ready to pick up my order. When I got to the location, there was no drive-through line to join. Fine. No worries, I went inside and let the gal know that I was there to pick up my mobile order. She didn’t have any knowledge of my order and I had to reorder at the counter. No convenience and no point in using this app. Also the counter person copped a real attitude which really galvanized the experience. Deleted app…
