Cannot download app. "This app won't work for your device" Android/Samsung

Unable to download or use APP it keeps saying "This app won't work for your device" my phone is not that old. so what is up ?

The app only lists a location in California. Will not update for my location in Washington State.

When I go to order it say not available yet. It shows I’m at Ronald Reagan airport. I’m in New Mexico

For over a week now your online ordering system is down in the grand junction co area!! I tried online, tried the app and also tried door dash and says the store or application is down to try later but a week later still has same error!! Fix this issue.

Useless !! Thousands of star points but can only use on one item. Pain to get it to take the points. Only certain items. Not a drink included. It’s a way to buy more

The code on my receipt isn't being recognized. I know it's the right code, but says to try again. Anything that can be done?

All my points disappeared, along with my favorites and recents. It didn't recognize my account. When I ask to reset my password, it does nothing and I can't complete the action. The only reason I use the app is for the points and discounts.

your app says it cannot install on my android Samsung sms767vl software version s767vluduabub1. my phone is fully up to date will all software updates. so i guess i cannot get in on the international burger month deals.

Ive trued to order three burgers plus get one reward. It will not add the reward nor let me checkout whatsoever! Error sign pops up. There is no reason why my order cant be dine. Your App is TERRIBLE!

App wouldn't work at all with my S7, but would with my new S22 phone, but it is glitchy when adding offers in App. These are app only offers. Some will work and some won't (usually the better ones are less likely to work) even though my order qualifies for the offer. I read the fine print on the offers too. The current offer not working is for 20% off ANY large combo for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No sides or drinks are excluded. I've tried adding several different large combos to my cart and am still getting that annoying "oops" error message that reads I dont have any qualifying items in my cart. Customer service is non existent in the app. Only a chat bot for complaining about customer service at a specific restaurant. Useless. I'll try googling their phone or email next as this info is not on app.

Deleted the APP because it stopped working. Tried to install again. It says my phone isn't compatible.

Samsung S7 with Android 8.0.0 Carl's Jr App stopped working. Uninstalled app. On Google Play Store app shows: "Not available for your device" Play store will not allow install of app.

Not letting me checkout with OR without using stars. Can't place an order whatsoever. Had to make banana toast

Anytime I try to use an offer it just says “oops” and won’t let me use it…. Seems like a scam app to me. Doesn’t allow use of any shown deals even though their should be several available according to the app

Carls jr. App quit working on a droid phone. Tried reboot still not working.l .

I have never been able to redeem any of the apps offers or rewards with the start

I've installed the app but after I put in my location no Carl's Jr. locations are available to choose. I can see the map. I can zoom in and see the location I want. But nothing I've tried (with OR without location services turned on) will allow me to select a location. I can even type in the exact address of the location I want but it won't let me select it. When I do the same online several "stars" show up to represent locations and I can choose any of them. Without ordering through the app I can't get the "app exclusive" deals.

App won't let me add any reward item or use any points at all. Just says ooops, can't add that item. It says add the eligible item to the bag but it doesn't say what they are and there are no eligible items on the menu. I tried every item.

Cannot use $1 Any Size drink coupon even when all items are added to the cart. I receive an error message “oops! We’re having trouble applying this offer. Please make sure your bag contains all required items.”

App won't let me apply a valid coupon code

Good morning, I've tried several times to install the app (Google Play store), but all it does is spin. How can I install the app? Thank you for your help! Gayle

The app won't let me sign up or in. Tried signing up with google, 3rd party won't work. Signed up directly, keeps telling me my password is wrong when it isn't but ok try to reset password, confirmation code never shows up in my email and can't find any customer service to help.

Received the $0.81 Big Carl email offer at 7:26 AM on 7/17/2022. Downloaded app at 11:54 AM on 7/17/2022. Signed up on app shortly after and then drove to my local Carl's Jr to claim the offer. Counterperson told me to use the app to order the burger by itself and pay for it on the app. I did, but when I went to check out, the app did not apply the discount. App Not Working. This was Store #1100003 - Receipt Bar Code 5780968299559.

App shows no location. Even when standing in the store!

You are only allowed to scan 2 receipts within 24 hours of each other.... it's been 2 days now.... soooo Why can't I enter my receipt?

The app won’t allow me to put in the barcode of my receipt to get reward points. Very annoying! It says “Http failure response…”
