Placed an order at a 24 hour this app burger. Order was nearly $50 when I showed up no one was there but all the lights were on and there was not one single car in the parking lot. Even though I never got my food, I still got charged.

When I called the store the next day, they said “there’s nothing they can do”. When I asked for a number for a corporate office or regional manager they said I don’t have that information.

Tried a ton of different numbers via Google and Quora with no success. So basically Krystal has cost me $50 and probably a few hundred dollars of my time for food I never received. So I won’t waste any more of my money, I recommend you not waste yours.

Ordered a large order in Krystal for several people after it said they were open 24 hours online and in Krystal . Got to the store to pick it up, pulled up to the drive-thru and there was an automated message saying they were currently closed. There were workers inside with all the lights on, so I pulled up to the window and waited for about 15-20 minutes watching the order status update in Krystal . It went from being prepared, to ready for pick up, to order picked up. Still sitting there and have not gotten any food or talked to any of the workers inside. Now I’m out $50 and there’s not even an option to contact for a refund in Krystal . Very disappointed.

Placed a mobile order through Krystal . I Went to the drive thru and told the employee that I had placed a mobile order! They said they were out of the chili . I asked them if they had refunded the money back to my credit card and was told that they could not refund my money back and I had to use Krystal to get my money back!! Spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the money back!! From what I can see! No you can’t get a refund !! You can’t cancel a order either!
What’s up with a app that you can’t use to cancel an order from or at least ask the staff at the restaurant to cancel the order and get the money back!!!
Krystal has to go!

There are a couple things on my list of problems with Krystal. First of all, I’m not paying an extra 50 cents to order from Krystal just to save time waiting in line. Especially when, second, I chose dining room pick up, and Krystal let me, so I wouldn’t have to wait in a long line. Get to my this app and they had the doors locked and they yelled through the glass that I had to go through the drive thru. That was another 20 minutes of waiting. So, l deleted Krystal and will act like it never existed and go back to the way I’ve always done this app…expecting to wait in line to order and pick up. BTW, I only used Krystal this one time.

The this app’s on state street is horrible with their online orders. I recommend you not using Krystal . This is my second time trying to order in advance so I can grab my food and go but yet again they’re going to have me late for Work because I’ve paid for something that’s not simple to be returned when you pay online. This is ridiculous why isn’t my food ready and I still have to wait like I ordered at the counter.

I just now downloaded Krystal for the first time and honestly because of the reviews I’ve read and have seen no reply or attempt to fix the issues I’ve seen others have I have no intention of using Krystal and am going to Waffle House instead. I wouldn’t want to waste or lose any money and have to deal with customer service to get my money back. That isn’t something I plan on wasting my time or energy on.

I was forced to download Krystal in order to get this app’s tonight. I ordered from Krystal and was given all the wrong food. I was so tired I was just gonna eat it but the food was very cold. The young lady that took my order had a very nasty attitude where I just wanted to cancel and get my money back. But there was nowhere on Krystal I could do that so I had to say there for 20 minutes just for her to slang my food out the window to me. Krystal should allow the ability to cancel and provide feedback

Pretty pathetic to reduce the sunriser combo from 2 sandwiches to 1. Did you think your customers wouldn’t notice that you literally cut their portion size in half? But you sure didn’t cut the price in half! I know eggs are expensive right now, but you could’ve done a slightly smaller portion size on the eggs, and created less of a negative impact. But instead you just pull that garbage. Imagine my surprise when I got home and my husband only got one tiny sandwich! Pitiful excuse for customer satisfaction.

I received the incorrect items that I ordered. They refused to return my money. I was told that I can come to store for a replacement of the items but I am disabled and don’t drive this is why I order delivery. Door dash is who delivered it so between the two they should of seen it was not my items. No name was on the bag. First time ordering thru Krystal & my last order. Very disappointed

I gave 2 stars only for how delicious and satisfying their this app burgers are. They completely lack in customer service. They are often closed when they say they’re open. The staff appears as though they don’t want to be there, and they don’t care about providing you with simple respect. It’s discouraging and disheartening. I truly hope they will better train and encourage their employees.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time since it was late at night and my location is normally open 24 hours. But sadly the restaurant was closed. There were no employees working, I couldn’t cancel my order on Krystal , and the money was already taken off of my card. How are you going to have an app with ordering ahead, but no way to cancel the order in a situation like this? It’s poor customer care on their behalf.

Since customizations don’t appear to save to Favorites within Krystal, I suggest that you supply a button for saving it as a voice command Shortcut that Siri could quickly fulfill. The user would say “Hey, Siri, order [custom name given to the whole order—i.e., “my wife’s classic this app burger meal”].”

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. Once items added to bag I could not find the bag to confirm and pay. Gave up and ordered from the website. Only then the patron picking up the order couldn’t pickup until we told them to just cancel the order and we would eat somewhere else.

Krystal would not take the initial attempts to place the order. I kept getting a try again statement. Tried for 2 days but still same response after selecting the item I wanted in the order bag. I finally deleted Krystal and reinstalled, this corrected the problem. I feel there must have been an update but Krystal did not refresh or receive the update.

It seems like every time I tried to open the cart to change my order an error message pops up. On top of that if I am lucky enough to get to my items Krystal will give me the same prompt if I try to remove an item. I’ve been trying to remove the same items for a couple of months, with no success. Do yourself a favor and go to the drive-thru.

I have never had the opportunity to experience a this app’S restaurant until I was working in Chattanooga, TN- I would drive by every day and see the restaurant and think, “I should stop and see what this place is about.” So one day I did and boy am I glad that I did! I don’t have a favorite, it’s all yum!
So thank you Chattanooga and thank you this app’S for a great and yummy first restaurant experience… it definitely isn’t my last! Oh and I got Krystal for my phone also!!

Courteous service at the speaker and also at the window

Ordering with Krystal was a breeze. It was nice to order from home and have it be ready when we arrive due to the fact that our order was extremely large. I was able to wait at home for 10 minutes rather than in the line or in the store.

Where are the deals? There is not one lick of actual deal on Krystal besides you sitting here buying something that’s less than five dollars. You can’t even get an actual sack full for a decent amount of money or any type of deal whatsoever. Nobody is paying $20 for a sack full with cheese when that is the most common, desirable thing on Krystal . Place coupons and actual deals on Krystal rather than sitting here trying to get people to purchase for regular price. There’s no type of deals whatsoever
