I was not given my correct order when I picked it up. I ordered 6 regular Krystal and 2 chicks and I paid $18 for 5 Krystal’s. I am 83 years old with health problems and my husband is on hospice. He wanted Krystal for lunch. I don’t get out much but did to get him the Krystal I would just like to get my money back. So disappointed in Krystal.

Placed an order at a 24 hour Krystal burger. Order was nearly $50 when I showed up no one was there but all the lights were on and there was not one single car in the parking lot. Even though I never got my food, I still got charged.
When I called the store the next day, they said “there’s nothing they can do”. When I asked for a number for a corporate office or regional manager they said I don’t have that information.
Tried a ton of different numbers via Google and Quora with no success. So basically this app has cost me $50 and probably a few hundred dollars of my time for food I never received. So I won’t waste any more of my money, I recommend you not waste yours.

Ordered a large order in the app for several people after it said they were open 24 hours online and in the app. Got to the store to pick it up, pulled up to the drive-thru and there was an automated message saying they were currently closed. There were workers inside with all the lights on, so I pulled up to the window and waited for about 15-20 minutes watching the order status update in the app. It went from being prepared, to ready for pick up, to order picked up. Still sitting there and have not gotten any food or talked to any of the workers inside. Now I’m out $50 and there’s not even an option to contact for a refund in the app. Very disappointed.

Placed a mobile order through the app. I Went to the drive thru and told the employee that I had placed a mobile order! They said they were out of the chili . I asked them if they had refunded the money back to my credit card and was told that they could not refund my money back and I had to use the app to get my money back!! Spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the money back!! From what I can see! No you can’t get a refund !! You can’t cancel a order either!
What’s up with a app that you can’t use to cancel an order from or at least ask the staff at the restaurant to cancel the order and get the money back!!!
This app has to go!
