App freezes as soon as I open it. I have an iPhone X which is up to date. I have deleted the app several times and reinstalled and every time I get the same message - Request Failed Sorry some problem happened. -and then I have the option to hit "Ok". I rely heavily on the app and cant understand why all of a sudden. it no longer works. HELP PLEASE!

To resolve MAYD network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MAYD app issues:

Force Stop the MAYD App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MAYD app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MAYD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MAYD App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MAYD app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MAYD.

Fix MAYD unable to contact server/ MAYD internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MAYD » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MAYD » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MAYD on android.
