App freezes as soon as I open it. I have an iPhone X which is up to date. How to fix MAYD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MAYD app on iPhone
Update MAYD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MAYD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MAYD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MAYD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MAYD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MAYD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MAYD App
1. On android, goto Settings » MAYD » click [Force Stop]

Update MAYD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MAYD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MAYD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MAYD.

Fix MAYD unable to contact server/ MAYD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MAYD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MAYD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MAYD
