Summary of LightCut Problems 🔥

- Limited options for changing titles on preset templates

- Takes a while to analyze files when using templates (possibly due to iCloud issues)

- No 4K export option

- Templates only available for shorter videos (around 30 seconds)

I am using LightCut for 3, 10 minute videos. I have 2 that I have exported to my phones photo library and have put those on YouTube. The 3rd video when I try to export it says insufficient storage space. Clear space and try again. I am not sure as to which space it wants me to clear? If you could help out that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How to fix LightCut app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LightCut app on iPhone
Update LightCut app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LightCut iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LightCut on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LightCut network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LightCut Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LightCut not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LightCut App
1. On android, goto Settings » LightCut » click [Force Stop]

Update LightCut to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LightCut App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LightCut » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LightCut.

Fix LightCut unable to contact server/ LightCut internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LightCut » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LightCut » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LightCut
