Hello, When trying to create an account and after entering the password, I always receive the message ‘the password must contain between 8 and 32 characters, including letters and numbers,’ and I cannot proceed to use the ZY CAMI app. What should I do?"

App crashing during creating and editing video. No way to save or as draft. Reopen app and no draft and everything. Is gone. Restarted twice and crashed even sooner.

I also faced the sign up issues. I used stacam up to signup, then used the same login in CAMI. It doesn't accept the special characters in password. Just alphabets in lower and upper case and numbers. Thanks Nibedit.

The app will not let me create an account so I can't use it. At sign up I put in my email address and then I tap 'get Verification Code'. I input the correct sequence and then the app says: "Already a member? Log in". As the system hasn't created an account I cannot login in and if I cancel it takes me back to the beginning. I have to re-tick the boxes accepting terms and conditions each time! I want to be able to use the expensive device properly and I am disappointed that a basic process like signing up and then signing in doesn't work.

Hello I just purchased my Zhiyun Smooth 5S and the ZY Cami app does not show the auto/manual icon on the phones screen once the app is turned on. The smart phone I'm using is a Samsung Note 20 Ultra.

I have a Samsung A12. When using the ZY Cami app, If I press the settings button in video mode (3 dots) it freezes and I need to restart. I have never been able to use the app

I have the same problem as Paul, I also have the Ultra S21 and having the same issue, it won't accept any password.. The phrase above the password box says 'Must be 8-32 characters incl'.. and that's all it says, the sentence cuts off so I don't know exactly what characters I can use.. tried different passwords with different characters but just remains inactive.. This app sucks already.. and I haven't even gone pass the joining process.. useless.

crash des que je clic sur les setting de prise de vue. impossible de faire des reglages, l appli devient inutile du coup. balance des blanc en auto etc que je ne peux regler.

I have a Samsung s21 Ultra. I bought the Smooth 5 and installed the ZY Cami App from the Playstore on the phone. I CAN NOT sign up for an account in the app. The ZY Cami App "Set An Initial Password" function will not work no matter what I do. I tried email, phone, and Facebook. The Sign Up Button stays INACTIVE. Very frustrating.
