I placed an order 3 weeks ago, needing the items within a week. I requested to pay extra to get them. No response for 3 days. When they finally deigned to contact me i was already gone. Items had not shipped, so i requested to cancel. This week the emailed they had shipped. I have been emailing them to ask for return label. Absolutely no response. Beware of ordering from Lug.
Honestly? LugLife is clunky and hard to use. It doesn't sort well, doesn't search well, crashes like crazy…all the bad things. Two stars because it is somewhat useful, but just the bare minimum. It’s also highly annoying because the browser redirects to LugLife every time.
I installed LugLife on my IPad. Only problem is that LugLife is tiny, doesn’t fill up the iPad screen. LugLife is approximately the same size as my iPhone screen. Annoying
Also annoying I have to download LugLife to purchase the new lug life box.
Shopping is ok, but even though signed I to my account LugLife instructs you to create an account or sign in when attempting to add an item to a saved list.
You can’t even tell if an item is in stock now. It’s a waste of my time to have to click on every color to see if anything is available.
Put it back the way it was before were the hosts could hide unavailable colors and shoppers could see which colors had availability. And please don’t waste our time by offering a t-shirt when we’re in a hurry to check out. So disappointed with LugLife. I don’t enjoy shopping LugLive with LugLife. Please put it back :-(
I am in love with the merchandise. I have 7 lug bags and a makeup case on the way. They are AMAZING at keeping me organized. I just wish the website was a bit more intuitive. Also, it would be nice to see the bags loaded up like they show them on QVC.

I am so thankful that I am able to buy quality products that do not contain any leather ….as a vegan this is very important to me. I thank Lug for continuing to produce vegan quality products.
I love lug, but when I went to submit a warranty for a broken zipper, I found it so tedious and difficult I gave up, but I will continue to buy these bags because I think it’s rare that anything goes wrong with them well-made, adorable, cute functional love them so much!

This harmony is the most fabulous bag I have ever I usually only buy Louis Vuitton or Gucci but from now on it only Lug bags for me. I wish you made this Harmony bag in more colors. I’d buy all the colors. Love the room and love the bag

App is not working properly, when I search on LugLife it want let me open any item when I click on the item, Apple has checked out all my devices and said it is too do with the this app app
I bought a Lug purse at Kohl’s several years ago! Carried it for almost 3 years and looked and looked for another. Love that I can wash it on gentle and it looks like new! Just bought two more online. The design is brilliant. I get so many compliments! Thank you!!
Every item that i have bought was not only in high quality but i didnt feel like i had to keep it from rain or mud. You just have to find the right item for you. I bought one for my sister and she loves the lug crossbody. So excited to see whats in the surprise box!
