Tried to cancel & get a refund during the 14 day money back guarantee time frame being that the instructions for use were never given & the target device could not accept the invite, the service is absolutely nothing like it is described & was told that I wasn’t entitled to a refund given my reasons & because I didn’t want technical support. The “no refund will be given” reasons are absolutely ludicrous, if a person wants to cancel during the 14 day money back guarantee time frame for whatever reason they should get their money. I am not getting the product that was promised. I’m not able to see anything but location, basically. I can’t see social media, texts, downloads, photos, browser history, nor can I block websites… and your 24/7 customer support is a joke!
