This is the first review I have ever left. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. And I unfortunately paid for a whole year. I don’t know what is worse, Eyezy or the customer service. After downloading, my son began getting my texts. The CS agent asked “How is that associated with us?” Make sure you look well at what you sign. I skimmed it, my fault. There is a money back guarantee, but only if they can’t “fix it.” Save your money and use a different app.

Only about a quarter of of the features advertised works at all, and they do not work well when they do. Contacted customer service, no response aside from an automated email reply saying it was received. Payed for a membership, they ended it early , messaged customer service again. Nothing.

I bought this thinking and told that it works with iPhones . After being charged over $150 or more I download it on both phones and literally the only feature that worked was location nothing else . I couldn’t monitor anything like I was told I could . So I paid for a location sharing app for $150 when I can just look on find my iPhone for free.
When I asked for a refund several times they told me that wasn’t possible and I needed to talk to an assistant at an appointment. And act like I was the dumb one for buying Eyezy . DO NOT GET

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I have had the same negative experience that others who wrote a bad review have. Eyezy does nothing it advertises except allowing you to view their contacts and the statistics of how often they use certain apps. There are no directions on how to use Eyezy . Customer service says they will contact you within 24 hours or less. I’ve been waiting for a week now for a response. I asked for a refund…no response. It’s a scam and trash!

This is by far the absolute worst application. I’ve ever had experience with they mislead you on what you can can’t do based on the type of phone you have if you have a iPhone you basically can’t do anything subtract the location. Then when you try to call to get your money back one of the phone numbers is disconnected. The other phone number that I managed to final my own is unavailable. No one ever answers the phone and then it says 24 hour live chat which is untrue because I’ve been trying to live chat somebody since last night when I placed this order and yet to get a hold of anybody. Then I sent them an email and they sent me a list of demands in order to get my money back which had nothing to do with the way I paid I didn’t even pay with the car to pay with Apple Pay. this company is absolute save your money and go somewhere else. They rip off in a scam.

Wont work. Doesn’t load. Waste of $100 subscription. They won’t refund you if you aren’t satisfied.

Eyezy is not only a scam but iPhone offers a parental mode that is 100% free and it offers the same thing. On the other hand if you aren’t a parent but you want to access a phone remotely, with just iCloud credentials, that’s where it gets tricky, you will be able to sync for a few days but ultimately iCloud blocks against that kind of software so you won’t be able to access for long, I bought a subscription for 6 months and unless I want to download Eyezy onto the target device, it won’t ever sync again. Which is messed up bc they won’t even refund me. So I paid for an app that worked for 4 days and won’t work for the rest of the six months. And don’t get me started on the customer service! It’s the absolute worst, they dodge every question and just say theyre experiencing a high volume of chats, be patient. The “supervisor “ is never available, it’s a joke and you can’t call in anywhere. If you ask me this company is as close to a scam as it gets. I’m canceling my payment with my bank even though I was assured if the service didn’t work or wasn’t what I wanted I could get a full refund as long as it was before 15 days. Don’t waste your time with Eyezy it’s a total fraud.

This company is absolutely fraudulent. It is totally dishonest at best and downright illegal at worst.

They bait you into buying their product at a monthly rate, and the user believes all features are included. Only once you’ve bought that initial product (which is nothing more than a “find my friends” equivalent) do they propose an upgrade for nearly $400 a year.

As soon as I got to that step I immediately asked for a refund because I had no plans to spend that amount of money. They have denied a refund under a bogus ironclad refund policy that is predatory and illegal. I used the yearly “service” for all of 20 minutes. And have consistently been denied my money back.

I’m not making a claim of whether their product works, but the customer service, lack of transparency, and refusal to refund any money is horrendous.

The shadiest you can get.

I am not getting the product that was promised. I’m not able to see anything but location, basically. I can’t see social media, texts, downloads, photos, browser history, nor can I block websites… and your 24/7 customer support is a joke! I’ve only been able to chat once throughout this situation, and the issue was never resolved. I’ve also sent at least 3 emails to customer support asking for assistance. Please refund my money. I’m tired of the back and forth emails and trying to figure things out on my own and not getting any results. I haven’t been able to “monitor “ anything YET!!

Tried to cancel & get a refund during the 14 day money back guarantee time frame being that the instructions for use were never given & the target device could not accept the invite, the service is absolutely nothing like it is described & was told that I wasn’t entitled to a refund given my reasons & because I didn’t want technical support. The “no refund will be given” reasons are absolutely ludicrous, if a person wants to cancel during the 14 day money back guarantee time frame for whatever reason they should get their money. The service is a joke and the customer service is an even bigger joke. I’m tempted to report them

I downloaded Eyezy to use with an Apple phone. Everything I read said I would be able to use all the features. Once I paid and downloaded on both phones, I quickly realized that it will never work how they say it works. I can only see a location (which you can get for free on other apps). They told me the only way to get it to work is to connect via a computer. The amount of space it takes on a computer is astronomical and I could never get it to fully download. Don't waste your money!

I tried this on my son‘s iPhone, I connected it all the ways they said, and none of the ways showed me web history or app usage, if I connected via Wi-Fi, I could see some history , but you would have to be on the same Wi-Fi. Since he is leaving for college this fall that was not going to work.
I contacted them within the first week, on the webpage they do say they have a 14 day refund policy, they want you to agree that you understand how it works, and I did, but it was not clear that the Wi-Fi had to be the same network to actually show web history
I had paid for an annual subscription and requested a refund, they denied it and just told me to connect again, but I have connected and it does not work
I then asked if they would just charge me for the first month since I was within the 14 day. And refund me the rest of the annual subscription, they also refuse to do that.
I would definitely not use this company as they are not willing to stand behind their product and at least refund me what I’m not using.
I wasn’t even asking them to give it to me free just to charge me for the first month and give me back what I paid in the annual subscription

This company is fraudulent. I contacted their customer service to see if this service works with stand-alone Apple Watches, and they said yes so I purchased. Immediately I learned that it doesn’t work with their devices, and they wont issue me a refund. They said in an email that I “should have read the fine print where it states which devices it works with.” Terrible company and I cannot reach a person. Don’t use them. I wouldn’t trust them with your information. Find a company with better ethics, parents!!!

Found this platform relatively easy to use and navigate. I also found that implementing the platform for my minor children to be noninvasive and simple. There were some features that i couldn’t access without modifying phone software but ultimately i was happy with the platform.
