First of all there is not customer support number to call and you only have the option to chat with them.
Second - I wanted to return the product as the quality was bad so I started the process to initiate the return but there was no option to refund the amount to my bank account and they were offering zepto cash which I don't want. I don't use zepto much. It was something urgent that I needed so I used zepto to order.
They didn't initiated my return until I accepted zepto money (forcefully) and when they finally initiated my refund they refused to transfer the refund amount to my bank account and abruptly closed the conversation stating that they won't help me at all.
Basically they took back the product and the money with them. I don't use zepto much so the money will be kept and once the time period is expired my money will be gone.
I was forced to accept Zepto Cash.
Poor platform and even poor customer support.

been trying to place a COD order due to not having Indian bank accounts
first time it worked fine, after that the COD option doesnt show
customer service are clueless say they fixed the issue and try after 2 hrs i followed instructions and today another customer service agent says theres lots of cancelled transactions hemce COD doesnt appear so please make one successful transaction to let COD work!... and how do they expect me to do that 🤔 useless seriously
i waited enough just for the customer care agent to blame me that its my fault due to N number of cancelled transactions, well if thats the case remove the blocks from my account or reset or something, I expect a practical solution instead i was told try with alrernate number ir make obe successful transaction , but how the apps faulty for me and youll are unable to fix it

Zepto is applying delivery fee even when the customer is having pass membership and the order is eligible for free delivery. Ordered more than the eligible amount for delivery but still delivery fee has not been reduced by default instead option is coming for customers to choose free delivery. This is completely cheating. Why would I have to choose the option always to apply free delivery even with pass membership and ordered more than minimum payment.
